Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeline is 7 to 10 working days for regular orders, subject to product availability and delivery location.
For corporate, bulk, or customized orders, delivery timelines may be extended depending on factory workload and production schedules. In such cases, customers will be informed of the estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery schedules may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.

Delivery & Shipping Method

• Within Dhaka City:
  We provide home delivery with assembly service, conducted either through our own logistics team or trusted third-party transport partners.

• Outside Dhaka City:
  We offer door-to-door delivery through authorized courier and logistics partners. Products delivered outside Dhaka require self-assembly. However, our support team can assist customers with assembly guidance through video calls or remote support if required.
