Return & Refund Policy

At OFIX Furniture, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality office furniture products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund process as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product received does not match the specifications mentioned on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact

Customized, made-to-order, or assembled products are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or delivery damage.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised or made-to-order furniture

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please share:

  • Order number

  • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.


4. Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping, handling, installation, and service charges (if any) are strictly non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • A minimum exchange charge of 10% of the product value will apply.

  • Depending on the nature of the product, condition, and operational costs involved, the exchange charge may be higher.

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum cancellation charge of 15% will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Based on order status, processing stage, or incurred costs, the cancellation charge may be higher.

Custom / Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

All decisions regarding refunds, exchanges, and applicable charges shall be final and binding.


5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, OFIX Furniture may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability and product condition.


6. Delivery Damages

If the product is damaged during delivery:

  • Please report immediately upon receipt or within 48 hours

  • Claims after this period may not be accepted


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges

  • Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as return requests and handled as per this policy
