How to Avail EMI Facility at Ofix Furniture

At Ofix Furniture, we make buying premium office and home furniture easy and affordable with our EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facility. You can pay in monthly installments up to 9 months using eligible credit cards.

1. EMI Facility Overview

  • Pay for your furniture in easy monthly installments instead of full upfront payment.

  • Choose your preferred tenure: 3, 6, or 9 months.

  • Transparent monthly breakdown, with no hidden charges from Ofix Furniture.

Payment processing is handled securely via our payment partner.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Must use an eligible credit card from a participating bank.

  • Debit cards and prepaid cards are not eligible.

  • Minimum transaction amount usually BDT 5,000 or above (as per bank policy).

  • EMI approval is subject to verification by the bank and payment partner.


3. EMI Tenure

  • 3 Months

  • 6 Months

  • 9 Months

Interest rates and processing fees (if any) are determined by the bank and displayed before confirming payment.

The customer can complete the payment using their eligible credit card, and upon successful transaction, will receive an invoice detailing the EMI breakdown.

This process ensures a smooth, secure, and completely paperless EMI experience.


6. What Happens After Payment

Once your EMI payment goes through:

  • The transaction is converted into EMI by your bank in about 5–7 working days.

  • You will see the EMI deduction schedule on your bank statement each month based on your credit card billing statement.


7. EMI Charges & Transparency

  • Charges, interest rates, or processing fees are set by the issuing bank and shown clearly before you confirm payment.

  • EMI charges may be discounted if Ofix Furniture has any limited-time offer or promotion.

  • Our payment partner does not hide any fees — all costs are visible at checkout.


8. Frequently Asked Questions (EMI)

Q1: How does my customer avail online EMI?
A: Your customer can use online EMI with eligible credit cards at the payment page. They select “Avail EMI” and choose the number of months. The transaction is converted into EMI in 5–7 working days.

Q2: Can a regular transaction be converted into EMI later?
A: No — EMI must be selected at the time of purchase. Regular transactions cannot be converted afterward.

Q3: What if the transaction fails?
A: Common reasons include bank rejection, payment gateway failure, expired session, or connectivity issues. Customers can retry or contact their bank.

Q4: How secure is the payment?
A: Payments are secured using industry-standard protocols, including PCI‑DSS compliance and 3D Secure verification, ensuring safe card transactions.
